Total No. of the Posts: 120

Name of the Posts:

  • Senior Executive Trainee (Telecom Operators): 95 Posts
  • Senior Executive Trainee (Finance): 25 Posts

Age Limit: (21 to 30 years as on 07.03.2026)

  • For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 08.03.1996 and not later than 07.03.2008. (both dates inclusive)
  • For OBC: Born not earlier than 08.03.1993 and not later than 07.03.2008. (both dates inclusive)
  • For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 08.03.1991 and not later than 07.03.2008. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

  • For Senior Executive Trainee (Telecom Operators): B.E / B.Tech in relevant trade with 60% marks.
  • For Senior Executive Trainee (Finance): CA / CMA.

Fees: Rs. 2500/- for General / OBC candidates and Rs. 1250/- for SC / ST candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Senior Executive Trainee (Telecom and Finance) in BSNL Recruitment 2026 are given below:

  • Written Test
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination 

Pay Scale: Rs. 24900 – Rs. 50500/-
