Age Limit: [18 to 30 years old]

• For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 15.03.1993 and not later than 14.03.2005. (both dates inclusive)
• For OBC: Born not earlier than 15.03.1990 and not later than 14.03.2005. (both dates inclusive)
• For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 15.03.1988 and not later than 14.03.2005. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification:

• For Inspector (Architect): Bachelor Degree in Architecture and Should be Registered with Council of Architecture.
• For Sub Inspector (Works): Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• For Junior Engineer / Sub Inspector (Electrical): Three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Physical Eligibility:

• For Inspector (Architect):
  • For Male Candidates: 
    • Height: 165 cms
    • Chest: 81 – 86 Cms.
    • Weight: 50 Kgs.
  • For Female:
    • Height: 157 Cms.
    • Weight: According to Height but not less than 46 Kgs.
• For Junior Engineer & Sub Inspector:
  • For Male Candidates: 
    • Height: 165 cms
    • Chest: 76 – 81 Cms.
    • Weight:According to Height
  • For Female:
    • Height: 157 Cms.
    • Weight: According to Height but not less than 46 Kgs.

Fees: Rs. 100/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and There is no fee for SC / ST / ExM / Female candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Inspector, Sub Inspector & Junior Engineer / Sub Inspector in BSF Recruitment 2023 are given below:

• Written Exam
• Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
• Document Verification
• Medical Examination

Pay Scale: 

• For Inspector (Architect): Rs. 44900 – Rs. 142400/-
• For Sub Inspector & Junior Engineer / Sub Inspector (Electrical): Rs. 35400 – Rs. 112400/-
