Bank of Baroda SO Recruitment 2025:- Bank of Baroda (BoB) has released a notification for filling up 58 posts of Specialist Officer (SO) vide Advertisement No. BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2025/13. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 19.09.2025 to 09.10.2025 using given link below. Name of the Post: Specialist Officer

  • Chief Manager (Investor Relations): 02 Posts
  • Manager (Trade Finance Operations): 14 Posts
  • Manager (Forex Acquisition & Relationship): 37 Posts
  • Senior Manager (Forex Acquisition & Relationship): 05 Posts

Age Limit (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates): 

  • For Chief Manager (Investor Relations) [30 to 40 years as on 01.09.2025]: Born not earlier than 02.09.1985 and not later than 01.09.1995 (both dates inclusive)
  • For Manager (Trade Finance Operations) [24 to 34 years as on 01.09.2025]: Born not earlier than 02.09.1991 and not later than 01.09.2001 (both dates inclusive)
  • For Manager (Forex Acquisition & Relationship) [26 to 36 years as on 01.09.2025]: Born not earlier than 02.09.1989 and not later than 01.09.1999 (both dates inclusive)
  • For Senior Manager (Forex Acquisition & Relationship) [29 to 39 years as on 01.09.2025]: Born not earlier than 02.09.1986 and not later than 01.09.1996 (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

  • For Chief Manager (Investor Relations): Bachelor Degree in Commerce / Economics + 8 years experience
  • For Manager (Trade Finance Operations): Bachelor Degree in any stream + 2 years experience.
  • For Manager (Forex Acquisition & Relationship): Bachelor Degree in any stream + 2 years experience.
  • For Senior Manager (Forex Acquisition & Relationship): MBA / PGDM in Sales / Marketing / Banking / Finance / Trade Finance + 5 years experience.

Fees: Rs. 850/- for General / EWS / OBC candidates and Rs. 175/- for SC / ST / PwD / Female candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Specialist Officer in BOB Recruitment 2025 are given below:

  • Written Test
  • Interview
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination
