• For Biochemist, Chemist, Child Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Medical Physicist, Public Health Nurse, Vocational Counsellor, Assistant Dietician, Assistant Security Officer, Medical Social Service Officer & Technical Assistant: Born not earlier than 14.05.1988 and not later than 13.05.2005. (both dates inclusive)
• For Senior Biochemist, Senior Chemist and Senior Technical Editor: Born not earlier than 14.05.1983 and not later than 13.05.2005. (both dates inclusive)
• For Life Guard: Born not earlier than 14.05.1978 and not later than 13.05.2005. (both dates inclusive)
• For Other Posts: Born not earlier than 14.05.1993 and not later than 13.05.2005. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification:

• For Workshop Assistant: Matriculation (10th) passed with Certificate from ITI in relevant trade.
• For Security cum Fire Guard Grade – II: Matriculation (10th) passed.
• For Mechanic (AC & R): Matriculation (10th) passed with Certificate from ITI in relevant subject.
• For Library Guard: Matriculation (10th) Passed.
• For Junior Administrative Assistant: Intermediate (10+2) passed and should have 35 w.p.m typing speed in English / 30 w.p.m in Hindi on Computer.
• For Library Attendant Grade – II: Matriculation (10th) passed with 2 years experience.
• For Workshop Technician: Diploma in Prosthetic and Orthotics Engineering and should be Registered with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)
• For Stenographer: Intermediate (10+2) passed and Dictation: 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m Transcription: 50 mts (English) & 65 mts (Hindi) on computer.
• For Multipurpose Worker: Diploma in Multipurpose Health Worker.
• For Draftsman Grade – III: Two years Diploma in Civil Draughtsmanship.
• For Receptionist: Bachelor Degree in any stream with Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism / Public Relation.
• For Pharmacist Grade – II: Diploma in Pharmacy and should be registered as Pharmacist.
• For Junior Engineer: Three years Diploma in Engineering in relevant trade.
• For Technician (Radiology): B.Sc (Hons) in Radiography.
• For Technical Assistant (ENT): B.Sc in Speech and Hearing and should be Registered with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)
• For Store Keeper (General): Bachelor Degree in any stream with 2 years experience.
• For Store Keeper (Drugs): Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy.
• For Life Guard: Matriculation (10th) passed and 2 years experience.

Fees: Rs. 3000/- for General / OBC candidates, Rs. 2400/- for SC / ST / EWS candidates and There is no fees for PwD candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
