UPESSC Principal Recruitment 2026: Uttar Pradesh Education Services Selection Commission (UPESSC), Prayagraj has released a recruitment notification for filling up vacant posts of Principal of Intermediate Colleges vide Advt. No. 08/2026. Eligible candidates can apply online from 23.10.2026 to 22.11.2026 using given link below. Name of the Post:
- Principal (Boy’s Schools): 1318 Posts
- Principal (Girl’s Schools): 157 Posts
Age Limit (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates): (30 to 62 years as on 01.07.2026): Born not earlier than 02.07.1964 and not later than 01.07.1996 (both dates inclusive).
Qualification: Master Degree with 50% marks + B.Ed + 4 years experience as Lecturer / Assistant Teacher in 9-12th Classes or 4 years as High School Headmaster (Please refer to official detail for more clarification)
Fees: Rs. 2000/- All candidate. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Principal in UPESSC Recruitment 2026 are given below:
- Written Test (360 Marks)
- Personal Interview (40 Marks)
- Medical Examination
- Document Verification
Pay Scale: Level – 12 (Rs. 78800 to Rs. 209200/-)
