- Computer Science / Information Technology: 112 Posts
- Data Science / Artificial Intelligence: 10 Posts
- Electronics and / or Communication / Telecommunication: 112 Posts
- Civil Engineering: 03 Posts
- Mechanical Engineering: 04 Posts
- Physics: 05 Posts
- Chemistry: 02 Posts
- Mathematics: 01 Post
- Statistics: 01 Post
Age Limit (18 to 30 years as on 15.11.2026):
- For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 16.11.1996 and not later than 15.11.2008. (both dates inclusive)
- For OBC: Born not earlier than 16.11.1993 and not later than 15.11.2008. (both dates inclusive)
- For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 16.11.1991 and not later than 15.11.2008. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (B.Tech) / Master Degree in Science (M.Sc) + Valid GATE Score Card for 2024 / 2025 / 2026.
Fees: There is no application fees.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Deputy Field Officers (DFO) – Technical in Cabinet Secretariat DFO Tech Recruitment 2026 are given below:
