NPCIL Deputy Manager and JHT Recruitment 2025:- Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has released a notification for filling up 122 posts of Deputy Manager and Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) vide Advertisement No. NPCIL/HQ/HRM/2025/03. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 07.11.2025 to 27.11.2025 Upto – 05:00 P.M using given link below. Name of the Posts: 

  • Deputy Manager (HR): 31 Posts
  • Deputy Manager (F&A): 48 Posts
  • Deputy Manager (C & MM): 34 Posts
  • Deputy Manager (Legal): 01 Post
  • Junior Hindi Translator (JHT): 08 Posts

Age Limit: (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates)

  • For Deputy Manager (18 to 30 years as on 27.11.2025): Born not earlier than 28.11.1995 and not later than 27.11.2007. (both dates inclusive)
  • For Junior Hindi Translator (21 to 30 years as on 27.11.2025): Born not earlier than 28.11.1995 and not later than 27.11.2004. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

  • For Deputy Manager (HR): Bachelor Degree in any stream with 60% marks + MBA / PG Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations.
  • For Deputy Manager (F&A): Bachelor Degree in any stream with 60% marks + CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance)
  • For Deputy Manager (C & MM): Bachelor Degree in Engineering + MBA
  • For Deputy Manager (Legal): Bachelor Degree in Law with 60% marks + 3 years experience.
  • For Junior Hindi Translator (JHT): Master Degree in Hindi / English or any subject with Hindi and English as a Main Subject and Diploma / Experience in Translations.

Fees: 

  • For Deputy Manager: Rs. 500/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates
  • For Junior Hindi Translator (JHT): Rs. 150/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates.
  • There is no fees for SC / ST / PwBD / ExSm / Female candidates
  • Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Deputy Manager and JHT in NPCIL Recruitment 2025 are given below:

  • Written Test
  • Skill Test (For JHT Posts)
  • Interview (For Deputy Manager)
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination 

Pay Scale: 

  • For Deputy Manager: Rs. 56100 – Rs. 177500/-
  • For Junior Hindi Translator (JHT): Rs. 35400 – Rs. 112400/-
