IRCTC Apprentice Recruitment 2025:- IRCTC, South Zone has released a recruitment notification for filling up 158 posts of Apprentice vide Advt. No. IRCTC/SZ/HRD/Apprentice. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 24.03.2025 to 07.04.2025 using given link below. Name of the Post: Apprentice
- Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA): 05 Posts
- Executive Procurement: 10 Posts
- HR Executive – Payroll & Employee Data Management: 02 Posts
- Executive – HR: 01 Post
- CSR Executive: 01 Post
- Marketing Associate Training: 04 Posts
- IT Support Executive: 02 Posts
Age Limit (15 to 25 years as on 01.04.2025):
- For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 02.04.2000 and not later than 01.04.2010. (both dates inclusive)
- For OBC: Born not earlier than 02.04.1997 and not later than 01.04.2010. (both dates inclusive)
- For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 02.04.1995 and not later than 01.04.2010. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA): Certificate from ITI in COPA.
- For Executive Procurement: Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / CA Inter / Supply Chain or Similar
- For HR Executive – Payroll & Employee Data Management: Bachelor Degree in any stream.
- For Executive – HR: Bachelor Degree in any stream.
- For CSR Executive: Graduate Pursuing
- For Marketing Associate Training: Any Graduate Pursuing
- For IT Support Executive: Bachelor Degree in any stream.
Fees: There is no application fees for all applicants.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Apprentice in IRCTC Recruitment 2025 are given below:

- Medical Examination
Pay Scale: Rs. 5000 – Rs. 9000/-
