Age Limit: Born not earlier than — and not later than –. (both dates inclusive) [Age relaxation is applicable as per the Haryana Government Rules] (18 to 42 years)

  • First Preference: Candidate should be between 30 years to 36 years.
  • Second Preference: Candidate should be between 36 years to 42 years.
  • Third Preference: Candidate should be between 24 years to 30 years.
  • Fourth Preference: Candidate should be between 18 years to 24 years.

Qualification (Please refer to official detail for more clarification):

  • For Legal Assistant: Bachelor Degree in Law (L.L.B)
  • For Draftsman (Architect): Diploma in Architecture
  • For Office Assistant: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (BBA) / Commerce (B.Com) OR Diploma in Office Management and Computer Application. One year experience.
  • For Network Assistant: Diploma in Computer Science / IT / Electronics /Electronics & Communication / BCA / B.Sc (CS / IT) / A / B Level course from DOE / NIELIT with 55% marks. One year experience.
  • For Junior Draftsman: Certificate from ITI in Draftsman Civil trade with 2 years experience OR Degree / Diploma in Architecture Assistantship with 60% marks (55% for SC candidate).
  • For Head Draftsman: Diploma in Civil Draftsman with Seven years experience as Draftsman.
  • For Junior Technical Assistant: Bachelor Degree in Agriculture / Biology / Chemistry with 50% marks.
  • For Laboratory Assistant: B.Sc in Medical / Non Medical with 60% marks.

  • Category Certificate (If Reserved candidates)
  • Haryana Residence Certificate (Domicile)

  • Preparing Merit List on the basis of Academic record, socio-economic criteria & Family IDs Income Verify Status:-
  • Family Annual Income is Less than or equal to 80000/- Verified in Family ID: Got 40 Marks
  • Family Annual Income is Less than or equal to 200000/- Verified in Family ID: Got 30 Marks
  • Family Annual Income is Less than or equal to 300000/- Verified in Family ID: Got 20 Marks
  • Family Annual Income is Less than or equal to 400000/- Verified in Family ID: Got 10 Marks
  • Special Course / Qualification: Got 20 Marks
  • CET Score: Got 10 Marks
  • Widow / Orphan: Got 05 Marks
  • Home District: Got 05 Marks
  • Interview
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination
