NHB Vacancy 2023: National Horticulture Board (NHB) has released a recruitment notification for filling up 44 posts of Deputy Director and Senior Horticulture Officer vide Advt. No. 01113/12/006/23-24. Eligible candidates can apply online from 16.12.2023 to 15.01.2024 using given link below. Name of the Posts:
- Deputy Director: 19 Posts
- Senior Horticulture Officer: 25 Posts
Age Limit: (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates)
- For Senior Horticulture Officer (18 to 30 years as on 05.01.2024): Born not earlier than 06.01.1994 and not later than 05.01.2006. (both dates inclusive)
- For Deputy Director (18 to 40 years as on 05.01.2024): Born not earlier than 06.01.1984 and not later than 05.01.2006. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Deputy Director: Bachelor Degree in Horticulture/ Agriculture / Post Harvest Technology / Agriculture Economics / Agriculture Engg. / Post Harvest Management/ Food Technology / Food Science + 5 Yrs. Exp.
- For Senior Horticulture Officer: Bachelor Degree in Horticulture / Agriculture / Post Harvest Technology / Agriculture Economics / Agriculture Engg. / Food Technology / Food Science.
Fees: Rs. 1000/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates, Rs. 500/- for SC / ST and There is no fees for PwD candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Assistant Manager and Various Post in NHB Recruitment 2023 are given below:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Descriptive Written Test
- Interview (Only for Deputy Director Post)
- Medical Examination
- Document Verification
Pay Scale:
- For Deputy Director: Rs. 56100 – Rs. 177500/-
- For Senior Horticulture Officer: RS. 35400 – Rs. 112400/-
