IIT, Kharagpur Non Teaching Recruitment 2023:- Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur has released a recruitment notification for filling up 153 posts of Junior Executive, Junior Accounts Officer, Driver, Security Inspector, Junior Assistant & Various Post vide Advt. No. R / 09 / 2023. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 05.06.2023 to 05.07.2023 using given link below. Other details like educational qualification, age limit, selection process & how to apply, pay scale are given below……

  • Medical Laboratory Technician: 01 Post
  • Staff Nurse: 12 Posts
  • Senior Library Information Assistant: 02 Posts
  • Physical Training Instructor: 05 Posts
  • Assistant Security Officer Grade – II: 03 Posts
  • Junior Assistant: 20 Posts
  • Junior Technician / Junior Laboratory Assistant: 23 Posts
  • Security Inspector: 05 Posts
  • Driver Grade – II: 06 Posts 

Age Limit: (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates)

  • For Junior Executive, Junior Accounts Officer, Junior Technical Superintendent, Junior Engineer / Junior Architect, Medical Laboratory Technician, Staff Nurse, Senior Library Information Assistant, Physical Training Instructor and Assistant Security Officer Grade – II (18 to 30 years): Born not earlier than 06.07.1993 and not later than 05.07.2005. (both dates inclusive)
  • For Junior Technician / Junior Laboratory Assistant, Security Inspector and Driver Grade – II (18 to 25 years): Born not earlier than 06.07.1998 and not later than 05.07.2005. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

  • For Junior Executive: Bachelor Degree in any stream with 3 years experience.
  • For Junior Accounts Officer: Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) and 3 years experience.
  • For Junior Technical Superintendent: Three years Diploma in Engineering / B.Sc or equivalent degree in field and 3 years experience.
  • For Junior Engineer / Junior Architect: Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Architecture or equivalent with 2 years experience OR Three years Diploma in Engineering / Architecture with 3 years experience.
  • For Medical Laboratory Technician: Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) and 3 years experience.
  • For Staff Nurse: Intermediate (10+2) passed with Diploma in General Nursing and Mid-wifery (GNM) and 3 years experience.
  • For Senior Library Information Assistant: Bachelor Degree in Library Science / Library and Information Science with 3 years experience.
  • For Physical Training Instructor: Bachelor Dgeree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) with 3 years experience.
  • For Assistant Security Officer Grade – II: Bachelor Degree in any stream with 3 years experience.
  • For Junior Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream and should have 35 w.p.m typing speed.
  • For Junior Technician / Junior Laboratory Assistant: Bachelor Degree in Science (B.Sc) / Three years Diploma in Engineering.
  • For Security Inspector: Intermediate (10+2) passed with 3 years experience.
  • For Driver Grade – II: Matriculation (10th) passed and should have valid driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) with 3 years experience OR Matriculation (10th) passed with Certificate from ITI in Automobile or equivalent trade and should have valid driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) with 2 years experience. 

Fees: Rs. 500/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and Rs. 250/- for SC / ST / PwD / Female candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Junior Executive, Junior Accounts Officer, Driver, Security Inspector, Junior Assistant & Various Post in IIT, Kharagpur Recruitment 2023 are given below:

  • Written Test
  • Skill Test (If Required for Some Posts)
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination

Pay Scale: 

  • For Junior Executive, Junior Accounts Officer, Junior Technical Superintendent, Junior Engineer / Junior Architect, Medical Laboratory Technician, Staff Nurse, Senior Library Information Assistant, Physical Training Instructor and Assistant Security Officer Grade – II (18 to 30 years): Rs. 35400 – Rs. 112400/-
  • For Junior Technician / Junior Laboratory Assistant, Security Inspector and Driver Grade – II (18 to 25 years): Rs. 21700 – Rs. 69100/-
