• For Technical Officer (Technical Supervisor): Born not earlier than 21.05.1983 and not later than 20.05.2005. (both dates inclusive)
• For Technical Officer Ophthalmology (Refractionist): Born not earlier than 21.05.1993 and not later than 20.05.2002. (both dates inclusive)
• For Technical Assistant / Technician: Born not earlier than 21.05.1988 and not later than 20.05.1998. (both dates inclusive)
• For Radiographic Technician Grade – I: Born not earlier than 20.05.1988 and not later than 20.05.2002. (both dates inclusive)
• For Junior Hindi Translator: Born not earlier than 21.05.1993 and not later than 20.05.2005. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

• For Technical Officer (Technical Supervisor): B.Sc in Medical Lab Technology with 10 years experience (Please refer to official detail)
• For Technical Officer Ophthalmology (Refractionist): B.Sc in Ophthalmic Techniques.
• For Technical Assistant / Technician: B.Sc in MLT with 5 years experience. (Please refer to official detail)
• For Radiographic Technician Grade – I: B.Sc (Hons.) in Radiography OR Diploma in Radiography with 2 years experience.
• For Junior Hindi Translator: Master Degree in Hindi / English with English and Hindi as a main / elective subject. Diploma in Translation.

Fees: Rs. 1000/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and There is no fees for SC / ST / PwD / Female / ExSm candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
