Income Tax, Kanpur Sportsperson Recruitment 2023:- O/o The Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, UP (West) & Uttarakhand Region, Kanpur has released a notification for filling up 41 posts of Inspector of Income Tax, Tax Assistant & Multi Tasking Staff under sport quota. Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed application format from 11.02.2023 to 10.04.2023. Other details like educational qualification, age limit, selection process & how to apply are given below……

Name of the Posts:

  • Inspector of Income Tax: 04 Posts
  • Tax Assistant: 18 Posts
  • Multi Tasking Staff: 19 Posts

Age Limit:

  • For Inspector of Income Tax: Born not earlier than 02.04.1993 and not later than 01.04.2005. (both dates inclusive)
  • For Tax Assistant: Born not earlier than 02.04.1996 and not later than 01.04.2005. (both dates inclusive)
  • For Income Tax Inspector: Born not earlier than 02.04.1998 and not later than 01.04.2005. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

  • For Tax Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream + Sportsman.
  • For Income Tax Inspector: Bachelor Degree in any stream + Sportsman.
  • For MTS: Matriculation (10th) Passed + Sportsman

Fees: Rs. 100/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and There is no fees for SC / ST / Female / PwD / ExSM candidates. Fees should be paid through Demand Draft (DD) in favour of —.

Pay Scale:

  • For Income Tax Inspector: Rs. 9300 – Rs. 34800/-
    • Grade Pay: Rs. 4600/-
  • For Tax Assistant: Rs. 5200 – Rs. 20200/-
    • Grade Pay: Rs. 2400/-
  • For Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): Rs. 5200 – Rs. 20200/-
    • Grade Pay: Rs. 1800/-

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Income Tax Inspector, Tax Assistant & Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) in Income Tax, Kanpur Sports Quota Recruitment are given below:
