Name of the Posts: 

• Staff Nurse: 7924 Posts
• ANM: 5689 Posts
• Pharmacist-Allopathic: 445 Posts
• Lab Technician: 3233 Posts

Age Limit: 

• For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 27.11.1982 and not later than 26.11.2004. (both dates inclusive)
• For OBC: Born not earlier than 27.11.1979 and not later than 26.11.2004. (both dates inclusive)
• For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 27.11.1977 and not later than 26.11.2004. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

• For Staff Nurse: Bachelor Degree in Science (B.Sc) in Nursing OR Diploma / Certificate in GNM. Registered with U.P Nursing Council.
• For ANM: Diploma in Auxiliary Nursing and Midwife (ANM). Registered with U.P Nursing Council.
• For Pharmacist Allopathic: Diploma in Pharmacy / Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy. Registered with U.P Nursing Council.
• For Lab Technician: Degree in Medical Laboratory (MLT). Registered with U.P Nursing Council.

Fees: There is no fee for all candidates.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on performance in Computer Based Test (CBT).
