Age Limit: 

• For Constable: Candidate should be between 18 years to 25 years old.
• For Sub Inspector: Candidate should be between 20 years to 25 years old.

Qualification:

• For Constable: Matriculation (10th) Pass.
• For Sub Inspector: Bachelor Degree in any stream from a recognized university.

Physical Eligibility:

For Male:

• Height: 165 cms. (For SC/ST candidates: 160 cms.) 
• Chest: 80 – 85 cms. (For Reserved candidates: 76 – 81)
• Race: 1600 mtr in 5 Minutes 45 Seconds.
• Long Jump: 14 Feet
• High Jump: 04 Feet

For Female:

• Height: 157 cms. (For SC/ST candidates: 152 cms.) 
• Race: 800 mtr in 3 Minutes 40 Seconds
• Long Jump: 09 Feet
• High Jump: 03 Feet

Fees: Rs. 500/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 250/- for SC/ST/Women/Minority/EBC candidates.

How to Apply:  Eligible / Interested candidates can apply from 01.06.2018 to 30.06.2018 through online. The female candidates who have earlier applied in response to Notification No.1/2016 issued by South Central Railway need not apply afresh. Their applications will be linked with the current recruitment, however they have to fill the remaining required details like options of groups of zones or RPSF and give their preference for individual zones within the group of zones opted by clicking on the separate link provided in the portal. They have to pay examination fee of Rs. 250/- which shall be refunded duly deducted bank charges on appearing in CBT. Candidates are advised to read the Official Detail carefully before applying online.
