Age Limit:

• For Nursing Officer: Born not earlier than 29.11.1987 and not later than 28.11.2004. (both dates inclusive)
• For Assistant Administrative Officer: Born not earlier than 29.11.1982 and not later than 28.11.2004. (both dates inclusive)
• For Other Posts: Born not earlier than 29.11.1992 and not later than 28.11.2004. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification:

• For Nursing Officer: B.Sc (Hons.) in Nursing / B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing OR Diploma in General Nursing and Mid-wifery (GNM) with One year experience.
• For Medical Record Technician: Intermediate (10+2) Passed with 6 months Certificate in Medical Record.
• For Medical Officer: MBBS / PG Degree.
• For Assistant Administrative Officer: Bachelor Degree in any stream with 5 years experience.
• For Store Keeper: Bachelor Degree in Maths / Economics / Commerce / Statistics and MBA / Master Degree in Maths / Economics / Commerce / Statistics / Finance with 50% marks.
• For Junior Lab Technician: B.Sc in Medical Lab Technology / B.Sc with Diploma in Medical Lab Technology.
• For Junior Technician (X-ray): B.Sc in Medical Technology (X-ray) / Medical Technology Radiology.
• For Junior Administrative Assistant (LDC): Intermediate (10+2) passed and should have 35 w.p.m typing speed in English / 30 w.p.m in Hindi.
• For Laboratory Attendant Grade – II: Matriculation (10th) Passed.
• For Manifold Technician Grade – II: Matriculation (10th) passed with Certificate from ITI and 5 years experience.

Fees: Rs. 1500/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates, Rs. 800/- for SC / ST candidates and There is no fees for PwD candidates.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT).
