Age Limit:

• For Administrative Officer & Senior Personal Assistant: Born not earlier than 10.08.1987 and not later than 10.08.2004. (both dates inclusive)
• For Junior Assistant: Born not earlier than 10.08.1995 and not later than 10.08.2004. (both dates inclusive)
• For Other Posts: Born not earlier than 10.08.1992 and not later than 29.07.2004. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

• For Administrative Officer: Master Degree with 55% marks.
• For Librarian: Master Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with 55% marks.
• For Senior Personal Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream. 3 years experience. Dictation: 10 minutes at an average speed of 100w.p.m. Transcription: 40 minutes (English) or 55 minutes (Hindi) on computer.
• For Sr. Technical Assistant (Computer): B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Computer Technology / IT / Electronics / Electrical / Electronics & Communications.
• For Semi Professional Assistant: B.Lib Sc. / B.L.I. Sc. 6 months Computer Course.
• For Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream.
• For Junior Assistant: Intermediate (10+2) passed and should have 35 w.p.m typing speed in English / 30 w.p.m in Hindi.
• For Library Assistant: Intermediate (10+2) passed. Certificate in Library Science / Library and Information Science. Basic Computer course.
• For Library Attendant: Matriculation (10th) passed with Certificate in Library Science / Library & Information Science.
• For Computer Laboratory Attendant: Matriculation (10th) Passed.

Fees: Rs. 500/- for General / OBC candidates and There is no fees for Female / PwD candidates.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on performance in the Written Test & Skill Test.

Pay Scale: As per PGDAV rules.
