Age Limit:

• For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 21.06.1997 and not later than 20.06.2004. (both dates inclusive)
• For OBC: Born not earlier than 21.06.1994 and not later than 20.06.2004. (both dates inclusive)
• For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 21.06.1992 and not later than 20.06.2004. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: Matriculation (10th) Passed.

Fees: Rs. 100/- for All candidates. Fees should be paid through Demand Draft (DD) in favour of Commanding Officer, 4012 Field Hospital

Selection Process: Selection will be based on performance in the Written Test.

Pay Scale: As per Rules.
