Name of the Post: Drug Control Officer

• General: 15 Posts
• BCA: 03 Posts
• BCB: 02 Posts
• SC: 06 Posts
• Eligible Sports Person: 01 Post
• ESM: 01 Post

Age Limit: 

• For General: Born not earlier than 02.05.1977 and not later than 01.05.2001. (both dates inclusive)
• For SC/BC: Born not earlier than 02.05.1972 and not later than 01.05.2001. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Chemistry and One and half year experience in Manufacturing at least one of the substances specified in Schedule C appended to the Drugs and Cosmetic Rules 1945 / One and half years experience in testing of at least one of the substances specified in the said Schedule C in a laboratory approved for the purpose by the licensing authority / Three year experience in inspection of Firms manufacturing any of the substances specified in the said Schedule C.

Fees: Rs. 500/- for General/ESP Male candidates, Rs. 125/- for SC/BC/Female candidates and There is no fee for PwD candidates.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on performance in the Written Test.

Pay Scale: As per HPSC Rules.
