HAREDA – Haryana Solar Water Pump Scheme:- Haryana Renewable Energy Development Agency (HAREDA), Pradhan Mantri Kusum Yojna has released a notification for Solar Water Pumping Systems for Farmers of Haryana State. हरियाणा सरकार ने प्रधानमंत्री कुसुम योजना के अंतर्गत सरल पोर्टल https://saralharyana.gov.in/ पर हरियाणा के किसानो के लिए 75 प्रतिशत अनुदान राशि पर सोलर पंप लगवाने हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किये | ऑनलाइन आवेदन दिनांक 25.12.2025 to 29.12.2025 तक लिया जायेगा निचे दिए गए लिंक से हरियाणा के किसान ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते है |

आवश्यक जानकारी:-

• किसान 75% अनुदान राशि पर 3 एच. पी. से 10 एच. पी. सोलर पंप के ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते है |
• बिजली आधारित कनेक्शन (UHBVN / DHBVN) के मौजूदा आवेदकों को सौर उर्जा पंप के कनेक्शन के लिए प्राथमिकता – दी जाएगी, बशर्ते उनको अपने मौजूदा बिजली कनेक्शन का समर्पण (Surrender) करना पड़ेगा |
• इस वर्ष के लक्षित लाभार्थी का चयन परिवार की वार्षिक आय व भूमि धारण (Land Holding) के आधार पर किया जायेगा |
• चयनित लाभार्थी मूल्य निर्धारण के उपरांत आवेदक PM KUSUM पोर्टल www.pmkusum.hareda.gov.in पर जाकर सरकार द्वारा सूचिबद्ध कंपनी का चयन करके लाभार्थी हिस्सा जमा करवा सकेंगे, जिसकी सूचि आपको पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर प्राप्त होगी |
• किसान अपने खेत के साइज़, पानी की जरूरत के अनुसार टाईप और पंप का चयन करें |
• किसान को अपने खेत में केवल बोर करवा कर देना होगा बाकी पम्प की स्थापना का कार्य फर्म द्वारा किया जाएगा |

पात्रता एवं आवश्यक दस्तावेज:-

• परिवार पहचान पत्र (PPP – Family ID)
• आवेदक के परिवार के नाम पर सोलर का कनेक्शन न हो
• आवेदक के नाम पर बिजली आधारित पम्प न हों
• आवेदक के नाम पर कृषि भूमि की जमाबंदी / फर्द
• हरियाणा जल संसाधन प्रदिकरण के सर्वेक्षण के अनुसार उन गांवों में जहां भूजल स्तर 100 फीट से निचे चला गया है सूक्षम सिचाई प्रणाली की स्थापना अनिवार्य है, अन्य को भूमिगत पाइपलाइन (Underground Pipeline) या सूक्षम सिचाई प्रणाली को लगाना अनिवार्य होगा |
• धान उगने वाले किसान जिनके क्षेत्र में HWRA की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर भूजल स्तर 40 मीटर से निचे गिर गया है वह किसान इस योजना के पात्र नहीं है |

सोलर पम्पिंग के लिए क्षमता के अनुसार किसानों की अनिमानित देय राशि की सूचि:-

Document be Required at Submission:-

• Family ID
• Land Proof (जमीन की फर्द)
• Bank Account Passbook
• Photo
• Aadhar Card, Voter Card, Pan Card
• Applicant Photo 

How to Apply: Eligible students can apply online from 25.12.2025 to 29.12.2025 using given link below. The applicants need be sent their filled application form to concerned department.

• Firstly Click on Saral Haryana Official Website https://saralharyana.gov.in/
• After that Click on Register tab & register yourself
• After that Click on Login to Complete the Application Form
• After Logging Click on the Apply for Services
• After Clicking on ‘Click on the Apply for Services’ then Click View All Available Services
• After that search Application For Solar Water Pumping Scheme in Search box
• Then Click on Application For Solar Water Pumping Scheme
• Then Click Download Link that says Farmer Declaration Form
• Then Click Proceed to Apply
• Then Click on Link that Says I Have Family ID
• Fill your Family ID No. and Send OTP then fill the OTP
• After that your data will be fetched from PPP ID and then Complete your form step by step  
• Candidates are advised to read the Official Detail carefully before applying.
• Click on the Apply Online Link given below
• Fill the Application Form Carefully
• Upload the Required Documents Online
• Pay Online / Offline Fees (If Required)
• Print the Application Form / Save PDF Format.
