Age Limit: 

• For Sr. No. 01: Candidate should be between 18 years to 30 years old.
• For Sr. No. 02 & 13: Below 32 years old.
• For Sr. No. 03, 14 & 17: Candidate should be between 21 years to 32 years old.
• For Sr. No. 04: Upto 27 years.
• For Sr. No. 05 & 08 to 09: Maximum 32 years old.
• For Sr. No. 06 to 07, 10, 12 & 19 to 20: Candidate should be between 21 years to 27 years old.
• For Sr. No. 11: Candidate should be between 18 years to 32 years old.
• For Sr. No. 15 & 18: Below 27 years old.
• For Sr. No. 16: Upto 37 years.

Qualification:

• For Pharmacist: B. Pharmacy from a recognized Institute. OR Intermediate (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry & Biology from a recognized Board. Diploma in Pharmacy from the institute recognized by the pharmacy council of India and registered as Pharmacist.
• For Nursing Officer: Matriculation (10th) Passed. ‘A’ Grade certificate in Nursing from a recognized Institution. Certificate in Midwifery.
• For Occupational Therapist: F.Sc./Premedical, Hr. Sec. with Science and Diploma in Occupational Therapy from recognized Institute.
• For Technical Assistant (Ophthalmology): B.Sc.(Hons.) Ophthalmic Technique.
• For Dental Hygienist: Matriculation (10th) Passed. Dental Hygienist certificate from a recognized Institution. Should be registered as Dental Hygienist.
• For Lab. Technician (Gr.-IV): B.Sc. (Medical Lab. Technology) OR Matriculation (10th) Passed / Sr. Secondary with science. Diploma in M.L.T. from a recognized institution. Three years experience as a Lab Assistant.
• For Radiographer: Intermediate (10+2) with science from a recognized board/university. Certificate (02 years course) in Radiography or Diploma (02 years course) in radiography or BSc. (Radiography) or Radiological Technology 02 years from a recognized Board.
• For Speech Therapist: Graduate in Science or Arts or Nursing from a recognized University. Two years experience as a speech therapist.
• For Assistant Dietician: Degree in Science with Home Science/Home Economics as a subject from a recognized University or equivalent. Diploma or certificate in Dietary from a recognized institution
• For Medical Record Clerk: Matriculation (10th) Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board / University with English as one of the subject and also knowing typing speed of 30 words per minute (English) or 25 words per minute (Hindi).
• For Auxiliary Nurse Midwife: Registered Auxiliary Nurse Midwife.
• For Lab Assistant (Group-IV): Matriculation (10th) Passed / Sr. Secondary with science. Diploma in M.L.T. from a recognized institution.
• For Physiotherapist: F.Sc. / Pre-Medical / Hr. Secondary with Science and Diploma Physiotherapy from recognized Institution.
• For Social Worker: Post Graduate Degree in Social Science from Recognized University.
• For Technical Assistant (OT/CSSD): Matriculation (10th) Passed / Sr. Secondary with science. Operation room Asstt. Course from a recognized institution. 05 years experience as O.T. Technician in Operation Theatre / CTS / Neauro-Surgery/Gastro-Surgery/CSSD/Anaesthesia/Gas Plant/ Anaesthesia/Workshop/ICU Surgical/Resuscitation in a recognized Hospital/Institution. OR B.Sc. From recognized university. 03 years experience as Technicians in operation Theatres including Operation Theatre/CTS/Neuro-Surgery/Gastro-Surgery / CSSD / Anaesthesia/Gas Plant/ Anaesthesia/ Workshop/ ICU Surgical / Resuscitation in a recognized Hospital/Institution.
• For Assistant Security Officer: Matriculation (10th) Pass.
• For Lab. Technician Gr. III: B.Sc. Desirable with One year experience as Lab. Assistant in any of these groups of Laboratories(Cardiology/Neurology/Respiratory Labs/EEG/EMG/ERG/CCU/CCI/ POW/ ECG.). OR Matriculation (10th) Passed / Sr. Secondary with science. Six years experience as Lab. Assistant in any of these groups of Laboratories(Cardiology/Neurology/Respiratory Labs/EEG/EMG/ERG/CCU/CCI/ POW/ ECG.). OR Matriculation (10th) Passed / Sr. Secondary with science having MLT course with Three years experience as Lab. Assistant in any of these groups of Laboratories(Cardiology/Neurology/Respiratory Labs/EEG/EMG/ERG/CCU/CCI/ POW/ ECG.).
• For Assistant(OT/CSSD): Matriculation (10th) Passed / Sr. Secondary with science. Operation room Asstt. Course from a recognized institution. 
• For Grade-IV (DASS)/JR. ASSTT.: Intermediate (10+2) Pass from a recognized Board or University and A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.
• For Stenographer Grade-III: Intermediate (10+2) Pass from a recognized Board or University. Speed of 80 w.p.m. in shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in typewriting in English Or 80 w.p.m. in shorthand and 35 w.p.m. in typewriting in Hindi.

Fees: Rs. 100/- for General/OBC candidates and There is no fee for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
