CPRI Recruitment 2025:- Central Power Research Institute, Bangalore has released a recruitment notification for filling up 44 posts of Scientific Assistant, Assistant Librarian, Engineering Assistant, Junior Hindi Translator, Technician Grade – I and Assistant Grade – II  vide Advt. No. CPRI/06/2025. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 05.05.2025 to 25.05.2025 using given link below. Other details like educational qualification, age limit, selection process & how to apply are given below……

Total No. of the Posts: 44

Name of the Posts:

• Scientific Assistant: 04 Posts
• Assistant Librarian: 02 Posts
• Engineering Assistant: 08 Posts
• Junior Hindi Translator: 01 Post
• Technician Grade – I: 06 Posts
• Assistant Grade – II: 23 Posts

Age Limit: (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates)

• For Scientific / Engineering Assistant (18 to 35 years as on 25.05.2025): Born not earlier than 15.04.1988 and not later than 14.04.2005 (both dates inclusive)
• For Technician Grade – I (18 to 28 years as on 25.05.2025): Born not earlier than 15.04.1995 and not later than 14.04.2005 (both dates inclusive)
• For Other Posts (18 to 30 years as on 25.05.2025): Born not earlier than 15.04.1993 and not later than 14.04.2005 (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

• For Scientific Assistant: B.Sc in Chemistry + 5 years experience.
• For Engineering Assistant: Diploma in Engineering + 5 years experience.
• For Technician Grade – I: Certificate from ITI in Electrician.
• For Assistant Grade – II: Bachelor Degree and typing knowledge.
• For Assistant Librarian: Master Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with 55% marks.
• For Junior Hindi Translator: Master Degree in Hindi / English.

Fees:

• For Technician Grade – I and Assistant Grade – II: Rs. 500/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates.
• For Other Posts: Rs. 1000/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates
• There is no fee for SC / ST / PwBD / Female / ExSm candidates.
• Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Scientific Assistant, Assistant Librarian, Engineering Assistant, Junior Hindi Translator, Technician Grade – I and Assistant Grade – II in CPRI Recruitment 2025 are given below:

• Written Test
• Practical / Trade Test (Post Wise)
• Document Verification
• Medical Examination
