• Management Trainee (Electronics): 15 Posts
• Management Trainee (Mechanical): 12 Posts
• Management Trainee (Electrical): 04 Posts
• Management Trainee (Computer Science): 01 Post
• Management Trainee (Cyber Security): 02 Posts
• Management Trainee (Chemical): 02 Posts
• Management Trainee (Civil): 02 Posts
• Management Trainee (Business Dev.): 01 Post
• Management Trainee (Optics): 01 Post
• Management Trainee (Finance): 02 Posts
• Welfare Officer: 02 Posts
• Junior Manager (Public Relation): 01 Post

Age Limit (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates):

• For Management Trainee: Born not earlier than 28.07.1996 and not later than 27.07.2005. (both dates inclusive)
• For Welfare Officer: Born not earlier than 28.07.1995 and not later than 27.07.2005. (both dates inclusive)
• For Junior Manager (Public Relation): Born not earlier than 28.07.1995 and not later than 27.07.2005. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

• For Management Trainee: Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in Engineering or Science [Please refer to official detail].
• For Welfare Officer: Bachelor Degree in any stream with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Covering Labour Legislation with Case Law. [Please refer to official detail].
• For Junior Manager (Public Relations): MBA / Post Graduate Diploma / Master Degree in Public Relations / Communication / Mass Communication / Journalism.

Fees: Rs. 500/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and There is no fees for SC / ST / PwD / ExSm candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Management Trainee, Welfare Officer and Junior Manager in BDL Recruitment 2023 are given below:

• Written Test 
• Document Verification
• Medical Examination 

Pay Scale: 

• For Management Trainee: Rs. 40000 – Rs. 140000/-
• For Welfare Officer and Junior Manager (Public Relation): Rs. 30000 – Rs. 120000/-
