Age Limit: (Relaxation is Applicable)

• For Health Inspector: Born not earlier than 13.09.1995 and not later than 12.09.2004. (both dates inclusive)
• For Washerman: Born not earlier than 13.09.1997 and not later than 12.09.2004. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

• For Health Inspector: Matriculation (10th) Passed with Certificate in Sanitary Inspector. 1 year Experience.
• For Washerman: Matriculation (10th) Passed.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on performance in the Written Test & Skill Test.

Pay Scale: As per Rules.

Fees: Rs. 100/-. Fees should be paid through Postal Order in favour of Commandant, Command Hospital (Central Command), Lucknow.
