• For Library & Information Assistant, Assistant, Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Hindi Typist, Lift Operator, MTS, Senior Library Attetdant & Safai Karamchari: Born not earlier than 02.01.1995 and not later than 01.01.2005. (both dates inclusive).
• For Copy Holder, Junior Hindi Translator, Staff Car Driver & Scooter Driver: Born not earlier than 02.01.1993 and not later than 01.01.2005. (both dates inclusive).

Qualification: 

• For Library & Information Assistant: Bachelor Degree in Library Science with Two years experience.
• For Copy Holder: Bachelor Degree in any stream with Three years experience.
• For Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream with Five years experience.
• For Junior Hindi Translator: For Copy Holder: Bachelor Degree in Hindi / English.
• For Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Intermediate (10+2) passed and should have 35 w.p.m typing speed in English / 30 w.p.m in Hindi.
• For Hindi Typist: Intermediate (10+2) passed with should have 30 w.p.m typing speed in Hindi on Computer.
• For Lift Operator: Intermediate (10+2) passed with Certificate of Training in Lift Operation.
• For Staff Car Driver & Scooter Driver: Intermediate (10+2) passed and should have valid driving license with two years experience of Driving.
• For MTS, Safai Karamchari & Senior Library Attendant: Matriculation (10th) Passed.

Fees: Rs. 500/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates, Rs. 250/- for SC / ST candidates and There is no fees for Female / PwD candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Pay Scale: 

• For Library & Information Assistant & Copy Holder: Rs. 29200 – Rs. 92300/-
• For Assistant: Rs. 35400 – Rs. 112400/-
• For Junior Hindi Translator: Rs. 25500 – Rs. 81100/-
• For Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Hindi Typist, Lift Operator, Staff Car Driver & Scooter Driver: Rs. 19900 – Rs. 63200/-
• For MTS (Office Attendant / Watch & Ward Attendant), Safai Karamchari & Senior Library Attendant: Rs. 18000 – Rs. 56900/-

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of LDC, MTS, Safai Karamchari, Driver, Junior Hindi Translator, Copy Holder & Various Post in ICHR Recruitment 2023 are given below:
