Age Limit: Born not earlier than 02.07.1981 and not later than 01.07.2003. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: Intermediate (12th) Passed with ANM and PET Qualified from U.P. and Should be registered from U.P. Nursing Council.

Fees: Rs. 25/- for All candidates.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on the performance in the Written Test.

Pay Scale: As per Rules.
