Oil India Limited Recruitment 2026:- Oil India Limited (OIL) has released a notification for filling up 32 posts of Hindi Officer, Senior Officer, Superintending Research Scientist, Senior Accounts Officer / Senior Internal Auditor, Confidential Secretary and Various Post vide Advertisement No. HRAQ/REC-EX-B/2026-03. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 15.10.2026 to 14.11.2026 using given link below. Name of the Posts:

  • Superintending Research Scientist: 05 Posts
  • Senior Officer (Mechanical): 14 Posts
  • Senior Officer (Petroleum): 04 Posts
  • Senior Accounts Officer / Senior Internal Auditor: 06 Posts
  • Hindi Officer (Official Language): 02 Posts
  • Confidential Secretary: 01 Post

Age Limit (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates): 

  • For Superintending Research Scientist and Confidential Secretary [18 to 37 years as on 14.11.2026]: Born not earlier than 15.11.1989 and not later than 14.11.2008. (both dates inclusive) 
  • For Senior Officer (Mechanical) [18 to 27 years as on 14.11.2026]: Born not earlier than 15.11.1999 and not later than 14.11.2008. (both dates inclusive) 
  • For Other Posts [18 to 29 years as on 14.11.2026]:  Born not earlier than 15.11.1997 and not later than 14.11.2008. (both dates inclusive) 

Qualification: 

  • For Superintending Research Scientist: Ph.D + 4 years experience. (Please refer to official detail)
  • For Senior Officer (Mechanical): Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 65% marks.
  • For Senior Officer (Petroleum): Master Degree in Petroleum Engineering / Technology with 60 % marks 
  • For Senior Accounts Officer / Senior Internal Auditor: ICAI / ICMAI
  • For Hindi Officer (Official Language): Master Degree in Hindi with 3 years experience
  • For Confidential Secretary: Graduate with Diploma in Secretarial Practice / Modern Office Management / Secretarial Practice / Executive Assistant + 2 years experience.

Fees: Rs. 500/- for General / OBC candidates and There is no fees for SC / ST / PwBD / EWS / ExSm candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Hindi Officer, Senior Officer, Superintending Research Scientist, Senior Accounts Officer / Senior Internal Auditor, Confidential Secretary and Various Post in Oil India Limited Recruitment 2026 are given below:

  • Computer Based Test (CBT)
  • Personal Interview
  • Proficiency / Skill Test (Applicable for Some Posts)
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination
