- General: 17 Posts
- EWS: 04 Posts
- OBC: 10 Posts
- SC: 06 Posts
- ST: 03 Posts
Age Limit: (18 to 27 years as on 10.07.2026)
- For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 11.07.1999 and not later than 10.07.2008. (both dates inclusive)
- For OBC: Born not earlier than 11.07.1996 and not later than 10.07.2008. (both dates inclusive)
- For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 11.07.1994 and not later than 10.07.2008. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification: M.Sc in Chemistry with 60% marks (SC / ST / PwBD candidate passing marks)
Fees: Rs. 500/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and There is no fee for SC / ST / ExSm / Female candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Assistant Chemist Trainee in NTPC Recruitment 2026 are given below:

- Medical Examination
Pay Scale: Rs. 30000 – Rs. 120000/-
