SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2025:- Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released a recruitment notification for Constable (GD) Examination, 2026 filling up in Various Departments. Age Limit: [18 to 23 years as on 01.01.2026]

• For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 02.01.2003 and not later than 01.01.2008. (both dates inclusive). 
• For OBC: Born not earlier than 02.01.2000 and not later than 01.01.2008. (both dates inclusive).
• For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 02.01.1998 and not later than 01.01.2008. (both dates inclusive).

Qualification: Matriculation (10th) Pass.

Fees: Rs. 100/- for General /OBC / EWS and There is no fee for SC / ST / Female candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Constable (General Duty) in SSC Recruitment 2025-26 are given below:

SSC Constable GD 2025-2026 Exam Pattern

• Negative Marking: 1/4th
• Duration of Examination: 60 Minutes
• Mode of Examination: Computer Based Test (CBT)

Physical Eligibility:

• Male:
  • Height: 170 cms.
  • Chest: 80 – 85 cms.
  • Race: 5 Kms. in 24 Minutes
• Female:
  • Height: 157 cms.
  • Race: 1.6 Kms. in 08 Minutes

Pay Scale: Rs. 21700 – Rs. 69100/-
