For Nursing Officer [18 to 32 years as on]: Born not earlier than – and not later than -. (both date inclusive)
For Occupation Therapist [21 to 32 years as on]: Born not earlier than – and not later than -. (both dates inclusive)
For Assistant Dietician [18 to 32 years as on]: Born not earlier than – and not later than -. (both dates inclusive)
For Pharmacist [18 to 30 years as on]: Born not earlier than – and not later than -. (both dates inclusive)
For Other Posts [18 to 27 years as on]: Born not earlier than – and not later than -. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification:

For Nursing Officers: Certificate in Nursing and Midwifery.
For Lab Assistant: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Techniques.
For Pharmacist: B.Pharmacy.
For Dresser: Matriculation (10th) passed.
For Plaster Assistant: Matriculation (10th) passed.
For Other Posts: Please refer to official detail.

Fees: Rs. 885/- for General / OBC / Female / ExSm candidates and Rs. 531/- for SC / ST / PwD / EWS / candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
