EMRS Recruitment 2023:- National Testing Agency has released a recruitment notification for filling up 4062 posts of Principal, Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), Accountant, Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) & Lab Attendant in Eklavya Model Residential School, National Education Society for Tribal Students vide Advt. No. NESTS / Admin / GBM / 31 / 2020 – 21. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 28.06.2023 to 19.10.2023 using given link below. Other details like educational qualification, age limit, selection process & how to apply are given below……..

Total No. of the Posts: 4062

Name of the Posts:

• Principal: 303 Posts
• Post Graduate Teacher (PGT): 2266 Posts
• Accountant: 361 Posts
• Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): 759 Posts
• Lab Attendant: 373 Posts

Age Limit:

• For Principal: (Maximum – 50 years): Born not earlier than 01.08.1973.
• For PGTs: (18 – 40 years): Born not earlier than 01.08.1983 and not later than 31.07.2005. (both dates inclusive)
• For Accountant, Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) and Lab Attendant: (18 – 30 years): Born not earlier than 01.08.1993 and not later than 31.07.2005. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

• For Principal: Master Degree and B.Ed qualified. 12 years combined experience as Vice Principal / PGT / TGT with minimum 4 years as PGT and above.
• For PGT: Master Degree in relevant subject and B.Ed / Equivalent Degree.
• For Accountant: Bachelor Degree in Commerce.
• For Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Intermediate (10+2) passed and should have 35 w.p.m typing speed in English / 30 w.p.m in Hindi.
• For Lab Attendant: Matriculation (10th) passed with Certificate / Diploma in Laboratory Technique OR Intermediate (10+2) passed with Science.

Fees:

• For PGT Posts: Rs. 1500/- for General / EWS / OBC candidates.
• For Principal: Rs. 2000/- for General / EWS / OBC candidates.
• For Other Posts: Rs. 1000/- for General / EWS / OBC candidates.
• There is no fees for SC / ST / PwD candidates.
• Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Principal, Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), Accountant, Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) & Lab Attendant in Eklavya Model Residential School, National Education Society for Tribal Students Recruitment 2023 are given below:

• Computer Based Test (CBT)
• Skill Test (For Some Posts)
• Interview (If required)
• Document Verification
• Medical Examination

Pay Scale:

• For Principal: Rs. 78800 – Rs. 209200/-
• For Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs): Rs. 47600 – Rs. 151100/-
• For Accountant: Rs. 35400 – Rs. 112400/-
• For Junior Secretariat Assistant: Rs. 19900 – Rs. 63200/-
• For Lab Attendant: Rs. 18000 – Rs. 56900/-
